Acupuncture

So I tried it! .. We have an acupuncturist that works at our spa on Sundays and Tuesdays, I have been wanting to try it out for a long time. And today there was an opening so.. I did it! It felt totally weird.. but didn't hurt.. just kind of a doing something new uncomfortable feeling. But like with in 5 minutes of being done.. I had an incredible surge of energy.. It was neat. That was over at like 1:30pm and I am still feeling really good now.. at like 6pm. So I'm thinking there might be something to this.. my back hasn't been bothering me so much.. and my mood has been better ever since. Kind of been in the dumps the last 3 or 4 days...

Because I have been realizing it takes a lot longer then 3 months to get over a 6 year long relationship.. I really loved Ben.. And everything happening now.. seriously kills me inside. But I know I WILL heal. With time.. and counsel and maybe even a little acupuncture :)

Hayden sang at church today :) He did great for the practice. But then when they sang it again for real.. he was looking behind himself at the band.. and the worship pastor playing the guitar and then was fooling around with one of his little friends the rest of the time.. :) He was pretty funny though. He did sing the song and knew all the actions it was pretty ADORABLE! Going to have to buy the DVD of that service. Took some pictures too, I'll have to get around to posting them tomorrow.

Well.. Have to get going had a LONG day at work today and now I'm going to a friends house to play some games tonight :) Should be fun.. haven't done that for a long time!
