So as you can see above. I permed my lashes.. Pretty amazing what they can do. The Esti's at work are practicing on us, because it is something we are going to offer soon at Solimar. I have no idea how much is will cost, but it is not for the claustrophobic or faint of heart :)
I had to keep my eyes closed for about 45 minutes. Which can be a long time. After about a half hour I felt myself start to get ansy but.. then I just got over it. They have you curl your lashes first like you normally whole, and then they apply the solution and put a rod on your lashes to keep them curled while being permed.. And thats seran wrap covering my eye... :)
They stay permed for about two months, because thats about the length of your lashes cycle.. cause we do lose them and grow more naturally.
The use actual perm solution so the room smelt like a perm, and whenever I get them wet they smell like perm too. Can't go swimming for like a week, can't wash my eye lashes or have shampoo run over them in the shower.. can only wear non waterproof mascara for the first 3 or 4 days. And can only rinse my lashes with water. Pretty elaborate take home instructions.
The look get though I think. had to show them off since people were asking :)

no way! that's pretty cool! no curling eyelashes for 2 months sounds really nice! but the process is lengthy as you say! hmm..... might have to try it sometime! thanks for explaining :0
