These next 5 weeks are going to disappear completely!
Now thru all of Feb. I will be working 11-6 tues thru fri and 10-6 on saturday.
Plus basically going up to annandale every free moment. Like this week I was up mon afternoon till this morning. and I'll be doing that every other. and then thinking the other every other. I could maybe go Sunday to Monday night. Maybe.. we'll see. It is so cool to see where "A Gluten Free Me" is taking us! This week we have perfected our New York style cheese cake. And our bread again is fabulous! Made hamburger buns! And I had a CHEESE BURGER! It was a beautiful thing!
The new job at the Nail Salon in Shakopee is going real well! www.paradisenailsandsalon.com Prices are very affordable :) And it is a beautiful set up. They offer Tanning and Massage too.
Speaking of work! I better get going! Just thought I would post since I had a free moment!
April will be here before we know it!

i'm glad you like your job! we should have a coffee date when you get a moment to catch up! and if you can, come to First Thursday at Kathy Strandquists house next Thursday at 6:30pm!!
Wow! Congrats on your job at the new salon, that didn't take long! You're good, that's why ;) and i'm sure most of your clients followed you! I'm sooo excited for you and this new endeavor of your gluten free store!! You are filling a gap and that is the best kind of business! I'm excited to hear how it continues to succeed!
