Well so far this month I've made it to the gym 4 times. I'm thinking to warm up into January my first goal will be to try and make it to the gym 15 times. then in February I'll work on getting there so many days a week. Finding a routine right now is what is hard. But It will come with time.
Been working on cutting out most cane sugar and adding in more protein and veggies. So far this weeks been better then last.
And I'm making it more of a priority to take my vitamins. And drink good water.
Doing what's good for your body is a change from the lethargic normal American. But totally worth it in the end.
I think 30 more pounds might be kinda drastic, so I'm shooting for 20lbs off by June.

Wow! great work, Nat! I need to be right there with you, I'm saying 25 pounds by June for me, that's 5 pounds a month! 1 pound a week! or i need to think in kilos, 11 kilos is equivalent to 25 pounds. so far i've been to the gym 0 times in Jan, need to get there this week!! you are so right about the lethargic American! it's truly a need to take better care of ourselves, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too!
I'm taking my vitamins too :) I take the gummy kids ones. I know. lame. but I hate pills.
