I PASSED

I passed the test, it was a test to be licensed as a Salon Manager.

So now I get to apply for that license with the MN Cosmetology Board, and I will be not only a Nail Technician but a Salon Manager.

I am in awe that our Third Friday night dinner will be come up next Friday. Seemed like the first one took forever to get here, and now we already have 2 under our belt!

The 2009 Dakota County Parent Retreat Vendor Fair, today went really well. Talked to a lot of Parents with Autistic Children about the Gluten and Dairy Free diet and how much it helps.

It still amazes me how our brains work. When we decide something in our head, for instance like saying we can't do something.. then ya know we probably never will. But if we are positive and pro active towards whatever we want.. then it happens. I just did my best today to encourage these parents to "DO" and stop just thinking or tossing the idea around. Children with ADHD and Autism especially do so much better and think so much clearer on a GFDF Lifestyle.

I even notice a drastic difference in my attitude and temperament when I decide to eat outside my realm. I get moody and easily aggravated. I also get tired, my energy level drops very low.. which is something I really don't have time to deal with and wait out. Because life is worth living to the absolute fullest potential.

If need be I will be a Gluten Free Cheerleader, we all need a mentor or a friend in whatever we are struggling with in life.

Yayyyyy!!!!!!! Congratulations!!

You are talking a lot about physiological psychology when you talk about how the brain and body are connected! We are WHOLISTIC beings, when one area (physical, psychological, spiritual) is lacking our entire being is lacking!! That's the way God designed us, whether people recognize it or not! I'm glad you are educating people, especially parents of autistic/ADHD children, I was going to suggest that as a target audience for your products... there's a family I worked with whose children had Autism and Aspergers and they were gluten free... I should connect her with you! Way to go Natalie! Your attitude is amazing! And I'm so excited for you regarding all these new opportunities and ventures!
